As youth workers and trainers/facilitators, you are facing the challenge to create programmes and activities that meet the needs of participants in terms of wellbeing. Creating a space where participants feel safe and well is the basis to further learning and personal development. But you also need to keep in mind your own wellbeing to be able to perform well in your role. Finding the balance might be difficult especially when you are volunteering (in your free time) besides other obligations.
Our training targets trainers, facilitators, and young people who are engaged in youth work. The training course is orientated on your needs focusing on your own wellbeing and supporting young people in your projects or activities. The training has a two-fold objective: Participants cultivate wellbeing, learn about their main challenges and ways to overcome them, and get to know wellbeing methods, activities, and tools. The content will be tailored to the participants and, in a way, also co-created in an emergent way with them, as this is an important part of wellbeing. The Training will be facilitated by GRETA ROSSI who is an expert in this field.
