DESCRIPTION:Nach dem Erfolg im letzten Jahr\, laden wir Mitglieder und Interessierte auch heuer wieder zum Europa-Brunch ins Cafe Rosenhain in Graz. \nUnser diesjähriger Gesprächsgast ist der NEOS-Nationalratsabgeordnete und ehemaliger Spitzenmanager Veit Dengler. Wir bitten um Anmeldung via Online-Formular. SUMMARY:Youth Exchange Rhapsody: The Guide to Organising Erasmus+ Youth Projects

Do you dream of organising your own Erasmus+ Youth Exchange but feel overwhelmed by the logistics\, team management\, and creative planning it involves? Then Youth Exchange Rhapsody is for you! \nThis hands-on training course is your opportunity to dive deep into the magic of organising Youth Exchanges. From building a strong team to designing unforgettable programs\, this course will equip you with the knowledge\, skills\, and confidence to make your vision a reality. \nWhat’s in store?\nWe’ll cover the essential pillars of organising a Youth Exchange\, including: \nLogistics & Planning \n\nManaging accommodation and catering\nEnsuring safety and risk management\nPlanning excursions and outdoor activities\n\nParticipant Management \n\nTools for understanding group dynamics and personalities\nCreative methods for check-ins\, check-outs\, and ongoing feedback\nFostering participant well-being throughout the exchange\n\nProgram Design & Implementation \n\nChoosing meaningful topics and guiding participants to explore and connect through engaging methods\nDesigning interactive workshops\, cultural evenings\, and creative activities\nApplying non-formal education methods to maximise learning outcomes\n\nTeamwork & Leadership \n\nBuilding and managing effective teams\nUnderstanding roles\, responsibilities\, and personality types\nConducting team meetings and ensuring smooth communication\n\nErasmus+ Essentials \n\nBasics of funding and partnerships\nStrategies for dissemination\, follow-ups\, and public relations\nInsights into Youthpass and its role in showcasing non-formal learning\n\nThe Erasmus+ Training takes place in the EUROPEAN CASTLE in Neumarkt in der Steiermark\, AUSTRIA from 25th to 31st May 2025. Together we are going to participate in team-building activities\, games\, workshops connected to the main topic as well as leisure activities. The whole programme is accompanied by a reflection process. We are going to spend the week in a medieval castle\, where we are accommodated in shared rooms and bathrooms. No participation fee will be charged. All costs for meals and accommodation are covered by Erasmus+. Travel costs are going to be reimbursed up to a maximum of 417 Euro per person\, depending on the distance between your residence and Neumarkt and if you travel by the standards of GREEN TRAVEL. Information on the amounts of reimbursement can be found in the Info-Pack. \nYou can apply by filling in the ONLINE FORM available until 31st March 2025. Participants are selected on an ongoing basis\, so don’t hesitate to apply. You need to be between 18 and 35 years old\, have an advanced level of English to participate in the programme and be a resident of the partner countries of the Erasmus+ project (AT\, DE\, DK\, ES\, HR\, MT\, SI\, HU). The selection of participants is based on the individual agreements with our partner organisations. JEF Steiermark reserves the right to refuse applications for any reason.
